Resolved - The data synchronization has now been completed and the Mobaro platform is now fully operational again.

Identified - The upgrade of the Mobaro system has now been completed, however due to a minor delay in data synchronization between our servers, the reporting systems, namely dashboards, location overview, the missed results table and any activity summary notifications set for delivery within the next few hours, may contain incomplete data.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you updated, as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

Investigating - Due to a long-running upgrade process, the Mobaro system will be inaccessible until further notice.
During this time, you will not be able to access the reporting and administration system at app.mobaro.com.
Users who are already logged into the app, will still be allowed to complete their checks as normal.
Once the Mobaro system is back online, please mind the pending upload tile in the app, as previously instructed, to insure that any changes are correctly synchronized.

Scheduled - Wednesday April 18th at 15:00 UTC, we will bring the Mobaro platform offline for a short while.
We are reserving 1 hour for the entirety of the task but will of course strive to finish it as fast as possible .

In this time frame you may not be able to log in the reporting and administration system at app.mobaro.com nor will you be able to do fresh login in the app. Users who are already logged in will be able to progress with their checklist(s) as normal.

If you need to complete checklists in this time span, please make sure that the checklists you need are stored on the device.
An "offline accessible" checklist is marked with a blue cloud-icon in the bottom left corner of the checklist's row in the checklist overview. As a user, you can force a checklist to be accessible offline by swiping it to the left and tap "Yes" when asked to store the checklist (just like this: http://i.imgur.com/6uHtHuP.gifv). Please allow a moment to store the content on your device - it may take a moment or two depending on the amount of images and manuals.

Any checklists completed during the service window can not be handed in. This will be indicated by the "Pending Uploads" counter on the dashboard not working its way towards 0. Don't worry - your result are safely stored in the app and can be handed in once we're online again. You might need to open the app manually, once the systems are back online again.
