Partial outage across Mobaro platform
Incident Report for Mobaro
Resolved
On July the 21st, Microsoft Azure experienced an issue due to an operator error that impacted the databases Mobaro hosts on Azure.

As a consequence of this, Mobaro users who were trying to access dashboards, reports, galleries, etc., could end up experiencing an error.

The issue started at 03:47 UTC and was ultimately resolved at 13:30 UTC. However, Microsoft achieved partial operation at 06:12 UTC where Mobaro also looks to be fully operational again.
