On monday the 12th of November at 18:00 CET / 17:00 UTC we will be replacing some major components of the Mobaro infrastructure. This will lead to periods where the application will be unavailable or slow.

We will do our utmost to keep the period of direct unavailability to a minimum.

In this time frame you may not be able to log in the reporting and administration system at app.mobaro.com nor will you be able to do fresh login in the app. Users who are already logged in will be able to progress with their checklist(s) as normal.

If you need to complete checklists in this time span, please make sure that the checklists you need are stored on the device by making them accessible offline.

An "offline accessible" checklist is marked with a blue cloud-icon in the bottom left corner of the checklist's row in the checklist overview. As a user, you can force a checklist to be accessible offline by swiping it to the left and tap "Yes" when asked to store the checklist (just like this: http://i.imgur.com/6uHtHuP.gifv). Please allow a moment to store the content on your device - it may take a moment or two depending on the amount of images and manuals.

Any checklists completed during the service window can not be handed in. This will be indicated by the "Pending Uploads" counter on the dashboard not working its way towards 0. Don't worry - your results are safely stored in the app and can be handed in once we're online again. You may need to open the app manually, once the systems are back online again. All results which are handed in "late" due to the service window will be marked with the correct timestamps, once they are submitted and processed.
